I have worked with software translation and localization since 1994. Most of the time for IBM, but also for Apple Computer, PeopleSoft, Adobe, Lucent and many others. I have also extensive experience with localization testing, and have worked with test management at Tivoli Inc. in Austin, TX.

Translation is all about understanding the message of the source material and how to convey the same message in the target language. Just understanding the words is not enough: it takes technical insight as well as a sense of the cultural differencies and variation in language use.

With my broad technical knowledge and experience I am able to understand complex technical aspects and produce a matching quality text in Swedish.
